„Queere und feministische Perspektiven auf Körper und Gesellschaft“
Ausstellung zum 8. März 2024 am Institut für Romanistik Wien
Anlässlich des feministischen Kampftags am 8. März organisieren wir, die queere und feministische Arbeitsgruppe der Romanistik Wien (QFAG), eine Ausstellung zum Thema ‚Queere und feministische Perspektiven auf Körper und Gesellschaft‘. Hierfür suchen wir Künstler*innen, die sich in ihren Arbeiten mit Körperlichkeit, Queerness, Feminismen und/oder deren Einfluss auf die Gesellschaft auseinandersetzen.
Ausstellungseröffnung wird am 7. März 2024 im Erdgeschoss der Romanistik sein. Hier sollen die Bilder über den März ausgestellt und so einem breiten Publikum präsentiert werden.
Die Bilder sollten das Format A2 nicht überschreiten. Ansonsten gibt es keine Teilnahmebedingungen. Besonders freuen wir uns über Einsendungen queerer und feministischer Künstler*innen.

"Queer and feminist perspectives on body and society"
Exposition on the 8th of march in the Institute of Romance Studies Vienna
On the occasion of the feminist day of struggle on March 8th, we, the queer and feminist action group of the department of Romance Studies Vienna (QFAG), are organizing an exhibition on the topic of "queer and feminist perspectives on body and society". We are currently looking for artists who explore topics like corporeality, queerness, feminism and/or their influence on society in their pieces.
The exhibition will inaugurated on March 7, 2024 on the first floor of the Institute of Romance Studies. The art works will be exhibited here throughout March and thus presented to a wide audience.
The art works should not exceed the A2 format. There are no further conditions for participation. We are particularly happy to receive submissions from queer and feminist artists.
